Dick Van Dyke is showing no sign of stepping away from his fitness routine at age 100.
The actor surprised fans by sharing a video of himself stretching on an inversion table.
Van Dyke posted the clip to Instagram on Friday, Aug. 28. In the video, he appears secured to the table while moving through the stretching session.
He captioned the post, "#DVD100 1/2 workout inversion table #keepmoving." The brief update drew enthusiastic reactions from followers impressed by his continued commitment to staying active.

The inversion table video follows years of public comments from Van Dyke about the importance he places on movement.
Last year, he wrote an essay for The Times U.K. about how staying active has helped him remain physically strong and mentally sharp.
In that essay, Van Dyke said he still tries to visit the gym three times each week.
He explained that missing too many gym sessions leaves him feeling stiffness beginning to creep in.
His gym routine usually involves a circuit that takes him from one machine to another without a break.
He starts with a sit up machine before turning his attention to equipment for his legs and upper body.
Van Dyke described his legs as two of his most cherished possessions and said he uses the leg machines religiously.
His wife, Arlene, has also said he could complete 500 repetitions on the sit up machine, although Van Dyke acknowledged that figure might be an exaggeration.

Music also plays an important part in those gym visits.
"The secret ingredient is the music," Van Dyke wrote, explaining that he hums, sings and dances while moving between machines.
When he is especially energized, Van Dyke said he does not remain a quiet singer.
Instead, he described himself as becoming a Broadway belter during the workout.
His longstanding habits extend beyond regular exercise. Van Dyke gave up cigarettes and alcohol decades ago, while continuing to make physical activity a priority.
The actor also makes an effort to identify something for which he can be grateful each day.
Filmmaker Steve Boettcher connected that outlook to Van Dyke's beginnings, saying, "He came out of a small Midwestern town."
Boettcher said Van Dyke sees life through a consistently positive lens.
According to the filmmaker, Van Dyke believes 90% of life is great and 10% is probably not as great, and he focuses on the 90%.
Van Dyke previously wrote about his hometown of Danville, describing its rich and poor sides while saying there was not a bad side of town.
That perspective reflects the gratitude and optimism Boettcher sees in the actor.
The latest workout post offered fans another look at how Van Dyke continues to prioritize movement.
Now 100, the actor is set to turn 101 years old in December.
