Lisa Snowdon is making the most of a luxury Sri Lankan getaway, sharing bikini photos as she soaks up the sunshine. The 54 year old This Morning regular also appeared taking an outdoor shower during the tropical trip.

Snowdon travelled with her friend, hairstylist Zoe Irwin, for a break filled with relaxation and indulgence. Their itinerary has included cocktails, yoga and delicious looking food, with Snowdon giving followers a glimpse of the holiday.

In a series of social media posts, Snowdon shared snapshots of herself in swimwear alongside scenes from the trip. Her update highlighted birthdays, time with her best friend and a couple of beers while tagging Irwin and their accommodation.

The photographs quickly drew praise from Snowdon’s famous friends. Actress Claire Sweeney wrote, “You look amazing”, while presenter Lucy Alexander responded, “Looking wow”.

Snowdon and Irwin are staying at Green Escapes, a luxury villa tucked away in the jungle near Hiriketiya Bay. The setting places the friends among the trees while keeping the beaches of Sri Lanka’s south coast within a short trip.

The retreat has an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding greenery, along with yoga classes and its own chefs. Those amenities have provided the backdrop for a holiday combining movement, food, relaxation and time outdoors.

The bright Sri Lankan escape follows an earlier wellness trip to Bali, where Snowdon spoke candidly about feeling emotional after her split from fiancé George Smart. Smart had been her partner for 12 years.

During the Bali retreat, Snowdon described wellness as something broader than pursuing an ideal routine. On Instagram, she wrote: “Wellness, for me, has never been about perfection. It’s about connection.”

Her reflections placed an emphasis on the people, conversations and emotional moments that can shape a wellness experience. Snowdon also wrote about moving the body, slowing the mind and making room for personal reflection.

She continued: “The women you meet, the conversations that stay with you, moving your body, slowing your mind, little soul searching, maybe a good old cry and sometimes having a cold beer barefoot on the beach.”

Snowdon later offered an update on how she felt during the Bali trip. She added: “I am feeling stronger mentally and physically and it’s not over yet.”

Questions about Snowdon and Smart’s relationship had grown after she was seen without her engagement ring. Smart had also been largely absent from her Instagram account since January, contributing to the speculation surrounding the couple.

Their history stretched back around 20 years, when they first dated. Snowdon and Smart rekindled their romance in 2014 before becoming engaged in 2016.

Snowdon had previously made clear that she felt no urgency to marry and had never held a fixed vision of walking down the aisle. Speaking to Hello!, she explained: “A lot of women imagine walking down the aisle. They imagine their flowers, their dresses, and I just have never had that vision.”

She also described herself and Smart as relaxed about their engagement. Snowdon continued: “I’m just really relaxed and so is George. It will happen, but I just don’t know what that looks like.”

For now, Snowdon’s latest update is focused firmly on Sri Lanka and her friendship with Irwin. The bikini images, outdoor shower, yoga, cocktails, food and jungle villa document the luxury break she has chosen to share with her followers.
